THE BRAND
In 1825, Hugh MacAskill of Eigg acquired Talisker House at the northern tip of the Minginish Peninsula on the rugged Isle of Skye. Five years later, he and his brother had built what would become one of the world's most popular distilleries on the shores of Loch Harport. Talisker is the only single malt produced on the shores of the Isle of Skye, one of Scotland's most remote and wild places. This whisky is deeply imbued with its origins and history.
