Armagnac is France's oldest eau-de-vie, produced exclusively in the historic Gascony region according to a strict AOC. Distilled from white wines made from traditional grape varieties such as Ugni Blanc, Baco, or Folle Blanche, it is distinguished by its distillation in a single-heat Armagnac still, which preserves an exceptional aromatic richness.
