TEQUILA

Tequila is one of Mexico's iconic spirits, produced exclusively from the blue agave plant in a demarcated geographical area around the city of Tequila and in several Mexican states. Protected by a Designation of Origin (DOC), it is divided into several categories: Blanco (unaged), Reposado (aged for 2 to 12 months), Añejo (at least 1 year), and Extra Añejo (more than 3 years), each offering a unique aromatic profile.
