Paul John Brilliance is an unpeated Indian single malt made from barley from the foothills of the Himalayas and distilled in Goa. Paul John Brilliance is aged in bourbon casks. It offers fruity flavors and a creamy texture. The finish is smooth with a hint of sweet spices and intense, deep vanilla.

Nose : Demerara sugars give off a burst of sweet aromas, with a hint of cinnamon, a pinch of honey and light spice.

Palate : Sweet and spicy, honey, cocoa and mango.

Finish : Sweet with a hint of sweet spices, intense and deep vanilla.

THE BRAND

Breaking the mold: the passionate Mr. Paul John wasn't afraid to do so. In 1992, he opened the Paul John distillery, which would become famous. The Goa coast (India), where the distillery is located, benefits from a very warm climate, allowing the whisky to mature more quickly. This gives the brand a unique character. Paul John is now recognized worldwide, and its production shows no signs of slowing down.
