Paul John Bold Peated is a peated Indian single malt (20/25 ppm) that takes you on a journey to the unexplored terrain of Goa. This expression invites you to leave the path, tread the road less traveled, and dive headlong into the delicious depths of Goa. This whisky is aged in bourbon casks and is made entirely with Indian barley smoked using Islay peat at around 25 ppm. A superb alternative to classic peated Scotch whisky.

TASTING NOTE 
Nose : Smoky notes, Manuka honey, spicy spice and licorice.
Palate : Silky smooth and dotted with oak honey. And just when you think you've savored everything, you're surprised by a second wave of heavy spice, followed by a smoky note .
Finish : Smoke, mocha, spices.
THE BRAND
Breaking the mold: the passionate Mr. Paul John wasn't afraid to do so. In 1992, he opened the Paul John distillery, which would become famous. The Goa coast (India), where the distillery is located, benefits from a very warm climate, allowing the whisky to mature more quickly. This gives the brand a unique character. Paul John is now recognized worldwide, and its production shows no signs of slowing down.
