TASTING NOTE
Nose: It is full of notes of candied fruit: apricot, peach, melon, then arrive notes of toasted almond, butterscotch, coffee and clove.
Palate: The palate is superb and reinforces the nose: a broad and warm attack admirably coats the palate.
Finish: Good length.

HSE is an agricultural rum produced in Martinique , it is distilled at Simon and aged at the Saint-Étienne plantation in Gros-Morne in Martinique. A unique terroir, sugar cane varieties selected for their quality and the mastery of all stages of production, allow HSE to produce a pure sugar cane juice rum that is unique in the world.
