Discover a Salted Butter Caramel Pineapple Arranged Rum (Aged in Whiskey Barrels). With his new recipe, Ced' selected an AOC agricultural rum from Martinique that he matured for 6 months in whiskey barrels (Rozelieures Distillery). He incorporates a homemade salted butter caramel made by a Nantes caramel artisan. For this heartfelt maceration that showcases his Nantes origins, Ced' chose the king fruit of his macerations, namely the Victoria Pineapple from Réunion Island. The photo corresponds to the first version.
TASTING NOTE
Nose: Freshness of pineapple, aromas marked by the refining of agricultural rum bringing vanilla and spicy notes.
Palate: Powerful hint of agricultural rum with a lovely sensation of oriental cuisine.
Finish: The pineapple is roasted on a very nice roasted, caramelized finish.
