Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut Extra Old No. 4 champagne is a remarkable creation, born exclusively from reserve wines carefully selected by the House. This exceptional cuvée brings together six great vintages – 1996, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014 – for a unique taste experience combining depth, freshness and sophistication. With an extra brut dosage of 3 g/L and controlled pressure of 4.5 bars , this cuvée offers fine and delicate bubbles. Its double aging – from 3 to 27 years – before and after blending reinforces its aromatic complexity. The color is intense golden , luminous, while the nose expresses itself with breadth , revealing notes of ripe fruits, candied citrus fruits and dried fruits . The palate is deep, silky, with superb mineral tension and a saline and persistent finish . This elegant and distinguished gastronomic champagne is the perfect accompaniment to white fish, tartare or carpaccio. Serve between 8 and 10°C . With its aging potential of 10 to 15 years , this vintage is also designed to age beautifully.
