Produced in the state of Bahia , in the northeast of Brazil, this artisanal and organic cachaça is a benchmark of purity and tradition. Silver Organic is made from pure cane juice , fermented naturally and then distilled in a traditional copper pot still.
After distillation, the cachaça is aged for 6 months in open stainless steel vats , a method which allows it to gain in smoothness and balance while retaining its vegetal freshness.
On the nose, it displays delicate aromas of honey , freshly cut sugar cane and white flowers . On the palate, it seduces with its lightness, its slightly sweet side and a subtly vegetal finish. Bottled at 39% , this cachaça is ideal for making authentic caipirinhas or to be enjoyed neat as an aperitif.
