THE BRAND

The Patrimonio Dominicano collection is an ode to Hispanic tradition, preserving an identity of freshness and lightness around the raw material – sugarcane – and working around the cultural specificities of the rums imbued with a complementary hint of roundness, which make them absolutely extraordinary eaux-de-vie for sharing and tasting. Patridom is fermented, distilled and aged in the Dominican Republic at the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos distillery. The latter is completely self-sufficient in sugarcane, thus allowing optimal traceability of the cane and thus guaranteeing 100% Dominican origin. Patridom has chosen to have a production mainly based on pure sugarcane juice. An orientation that remains unusual in the country. However, the latter offers a broader organoleptic palette to the cellar master with more intense profiles for its blends. Patridom is the result of this unique combination of hand-harvested sugarcane, freshly pressed cane juice, and aging in American and French oak barrels under the Dominican Republic sun. The Alcoholes Finoes Dominicanos distillery is the largest employer in the Dominican spirits industry. It plays an important social and solidarity role in the community. Patridom pays tribute to this community, which works daily to defend the know-how and heritage of Dominican Republic rums.
