This exceptional vintage, born from a sunny year , embodies the spirit of precision and tension sought by the house. Composed of 90% Pinot Noir from the House's historic Grands Crus (Ambonnay, Bouzy, Verzenay, etc.), and completed by 10% Chardonnay from Avize and Mesnil-sur-Oger, this cuvée expresses the purity of the Veuve Clicquot style. The golden color reveals a delicate effervescence . The nose offers a beautiful minerality and great freshness, with floral notes of jasmine and acacia , accompanied by fruity aromas of pear and clementine . On the palate, the texture is silky and subtle , with a saline and persistent finish. Serve at around 10°C , ideal for a refined aperitif or to accompany noble fish, tartares or delicate dishes . A vintage for laying down par excellence (10 to 15 years).
