La Fleur de Prestige 2014 is an exceptional vintage cuvée from Beaumont des Crayères , embodying the rarity and artisanal expertise of the house. Produced exclusively from the "Cœur de cuvée" , it is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier , and has benefited from a long aging on lees to reveal all its richness.
Its pale gold color with brilliant reflections is enlivened by fine and abundant bubbles . The nose seduces with fresh and generous aromas of candied fruits, citrus fruits , apple jelly and peach . On the palate, the attack is ample and silky, carried by refined flavors of fruit jam, toasted brioche and a hint of honey . The tasty and delicately toasted finish completes the experience.
This vintage champagne pairs wonderfully with a gourmet dish such as a veal chop with chanterelle mushroom sauce and carrot purée , for an explosion of flavors on the palate. A rare vintage for special occasions.

About the Beaumont des Crayères House
Founded in 1955 by winegrowers from the village of Mardeuil , near Épernay, Maison Beaumont des Crayères perpetuates a tradition of quality and rigor. Its 86-hectare vineyard flourishes on predominantly chalky hillsides.
