Composed of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay, it has aged for 8 years in the cellar before revealing its full harmony. The Pinot Noir dominates with notes of peach, raspberry and black cherry , while the Chardonnay supports a chalky texture with aromas of pineapple, apple and plum . This vintage received 98/100 from Bettane & Desseauve and 95/100 from the Revue du Vin de France.

About the House of Dom Pérignon
The legend of Dom Pérignon began in 1670 , when a Benedictine monk from Hautvillers Abbey invented modern grape blending and introduced many innovations to Champagne. His vision: to make a wine “as perfect as possible.”
