BOLLINGER PN AYC18 75cl is a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée whose main vintage is Aÿ , hence its name: PN for Pinot Noir, AYC for Aÿ-Champagne, and 18 for 2018. This edition embodies the House's ambition to reveal the multiple expressions of Pinot Noir through its exceptional terroirs. The nose opens with aromas of candied citrus, honey, marzipan and blood orange , enhanced with a touch of sweet spices . On the palate, the texture is rich and subtle , marked by a beautiful amplitude and a long finish of candied citrus which accentuates the freshness of the wine. This champagne has benefited from a maturation time in the cellar exceeding twice the requirements of the appellation , testifying to Bollinger's high standards. Moderate dosage: 6 g/l . Presented in a box, this vintage joins the permanent range and reflects the very DNA of the House .
