Welche's Whisky Single malt Bourgogne is a French whisky produced by the Miclo distillery, located in a valley in the heart of Alsace. Distilled in a traditional 1500l pot still from carefully selected Alsatian barley, this whisky has aged for 4 to 5 years in ex-white Burgundy casks. This gives it slightly woody notes on the nose. The palate is marked by spices, toasted oak, and a vanilla finish.
