The Irishman The Harvest is one of our favorite Irish blends created by Bernard Walsh. Triple distilled, this Irish whiskey is a subtle blend of 70% single malt and 30% pot still whiskey. It was aged entirely in American Bourbon oak barrels. It offers a multitude of fruity and spicy aromas. On the palate, the cocoa gradually asserts itself, giving way to surprising notes of vanilla. This is excellent value for money.

TASTING NOTE 
Nose : Fruity and spicy. It opens with orange zest and nuances of black and green pepper, complemented by sweet cinnamon and a hint of ginger. Green apple, blackcurrant, vanilla, and peach then become more present.
Palate : Very smooth on the palate, it expresses the barley as a whole with sweet spices. Cocoa, crème caramel, coconut, and oak give it more body.
Finish : The finish is on cereal and hazelnut.

Gold medalist at the International Spirits Challenge in San Francisco in 2009,
It received a score of 93 in Jim Murray's "Whisky Bible 2010".
THE BRAND
The Irish Man is a whiskey produced by the Walsh family. In keeping with Bernard and Rosemary's desire to play a significant role in the revival of Irish whiskey , the family recreated with Irish Man the whiskey once distilled during the golden age of brandy. Using a craft approach, Bernard Walsh and his family produce whiskey in the same way as the distilling families of the 19th century. Bernard's love and dedication to the craft of whiskey has forged a range that perfectly expresses the Irish spirit.
