Red Spot Irish whiskey is aged for 15 years in American Bourbon casks, Spanish Sherry casks and Sicilian Marsala wine casks, all of which contribute to the rich and complex flavors of this premium whiskey. Red Spot was originally established by the Mitchell family, who began trading in 1805 in the heart of Dublin city. Seven generations later, the company still operates in the wine and spirits business under the leadership of Jonathan Mitchell and his son Robert. The name Red Spot is derived from the Mitchells' practice of marking their maturing whisky casks with a mark or layer of colored paint to determine the whisky's age potential.
THE SINGLE POT STILL RANGE
Exclusive Irish whiskeys, their taste comes from a production process that has remained traditional today. The Single Pot Still range is made from a blend of equal parts malted and unmalted barley, then distilled three times in traditional copper stills. Coming from the Midelton Distillery, these spirits are very creamy and smooth. The creations in this range will delight Irish whiskey enthusiasts.

Finish : An extra long infusion of fruits and spices.
