Baie des Trésors Fleurs du Vent is a unique Martinique agricultural rum , born on the contrasting lands of the Caravelle peninsula . Produced from dry plots of Spoutourne , this rum tells the story of a windswept terroir , where sugar cane flourishes in an arid climate. It is aged in wood for at least 13 months , first in new American oak barrels , then in Caucasian oak and ex-bourbon barrels , for a refined complexity.
Upon tasting, the nose opens with delicate notes of coconut, exotic flowers and a touch of balsamic . On the palate, the silky tannins blend with floral and woody aromas , while the finish is expressed with grace and lightness . The bottle, finely engraved in relief , evokes the curves of the relief around Treasure Bay , like a glass treasure map, containing a pure jewel of Martinique.

Coming from the arid plots of Spoutourne on the Caravelle peninsula, Fleurs du Vent is a refined single-plot cuvée, produced by the Galion farm. This agricultural rum aged in wood, distilled in 2019, aged for 13 months in a double type of barrel: new American oak and ex-bourbon , then Caucasian oak . It expresses all the richness of a dry, windswept terroir, where the cane develops more taut, airy and floral aromas. Unsweetened, unsweetened, uncolored, it embodies a new , pure and authentic approach to AOC agricultural rum . The bottle, in the shape of a precious chest, evokes the map of a precious land : that of the Bay of Treasures.
