Isautier 10 Years is an exceptional agricultural rum born in Reunion Island, from the island's oldest rum distillery. Aged for over ten years, it benefits from a double maturation in new oak barrels and then in red barrels, which gives it great complexity. Its aromatic richness reflects Reunion Island's volcanic terroir and the ancestral know-how of the Isautier family, passed down for six generations. About the Isautier distillery
Founded in 1845 in Saint-Pierre, Réunion Island, Maison Isautier is the oldest rum distillery still in operation on the island. It was born from the passion of two brothers, Louis and Charles Isautier, who came from mainland France to exploit the sugar and agricultural potential of this volcanic land. Six generations later, the Isautier family continues to embody Réunion's excellence through traditional and agricole rums renowned for their quality and distinctive identity. The distillery combines ancestral know-how with technical innovation. It produces rums from pure cane juice and molasses, aged in tropical conditions that promote rapid concentration of aromas. The range extends from white rums to great vintages, with particular attention paid to barrel finishing.
