TASTING NOTE

Nose: A Saint James apart with a unique sweet and fruity dominance (figs, dried dates). The classic notes of very old Saint James then follow in the background with a fine and suave extraction of undergrowth, roasting (mocha) and spices.

Palate: A lively, woody attack that quickly becomes warm and rich. The fruit dominates with notes of brandied fruits (morello cherry, prune).

Finish: A sublime length and aromatic richness.

THE BRAND
