BRAUD & QUENNESSON Blanc 55% is a white agricultural rum from Martinique made from sugar cane from the Habitation Grand-Fonds , in the south of the island. Carefully distilled by the cellar master, it reveals a complex and elegant aromatic profile , faithful to its volcanic and sunny terroir . The attack is frank and expressive, revealing aromas of fresh cane, flowers, citrus fruits such as bergamot , ripe pineapple and sweet spices. Braud & Quennesson 55% rum comes from an exceptional terroir in southern Martinique, at Habitation Grand-Fonds. The sugarcane is grown around the property and then carefully processed on site to preserve its natural richness. This AOC white rum is distilled with a focus on artisanal quality, revealing the power and purity of the sugarcane juice.
This 55% is a more concentrated, expressive and structured version than its 50% sibling. It offers impressive aromatic complexity and a beautiful mastery of alcohol . Perfect for purists as well as for those who want to discover a high-end and original white rum.

About Maison Braud & Quennesson
Founded in 1866 by French engineers after the abolition of slavery, Braud & Quennesson was established in the heart of the commune of Le Marin. It was one of the first central factories in Martinique, bringing together several sugar refineries and generating significant local economic activity.
Restored in an artisanal and heritage-respecting spirit, it now cultivates its own cane and produces high-quality AOC agricultural rums. Each vintage expresses the richness of the volcanic terroir, the tropical climate of the south of the island, and ancestral Martinican know-how.
The Braud & Quennesson house is aimed at enlightened amateurs, in search of authentic, complex rum produced in small batches .
