TASTING NOTE

Nose: Rich and luscious, it opens with sweet, honeyed notes of sugar cane, quickly followed by aromas of roots (gentian), chocolate, and legumes (carrot, turnip). A complex and irresistible bouquet.

Palate: Delicate and smooth, it reveals an original palette combining medicinal (balm), spicy (curry, turmeric) and infused (bay leaf, chervil) notes. At times, it evokes the distinctive character of Ben Nevis single malt Scotch whisky. Hints of candied ginger and cocoa powder add extra depth, elegantly enveloping the palate.

Finish: Long and serene, it is anchored in flavors close to sugar cane, evolving towards tertiary notes (mushroom, toasted walnut, moss, chestnut). A milky (soy, almond) and jammy (quince jelly, apricot) retro-olfaction further enriches this refined finish, while the empty glass reveals spicy (nutmeg) and rooty (gentian) aromas.
