TASTING NOTE

Nose: The classic Saint James roasted notes (coffee, mocha) are carried by a woody base (undergrowth) supported by sweet spices (cinnamon).

Palate: Full and rich, with a surprising roundness accentuated by its lower alcohol content than the usual Saint James aged rums. One of the roundest rums in the Saint James range.

Finish: Round and smooth.
