Veuve Clicquot's Brut Rosé is a rosé champagne made from a blend of 50 to 60 different vintages, based on the traditional structure of the Brut Carte Jaune. This structure is the emblem of the Veuve Clicquot house. This cuvée results from a meticulous composition of Pinot Noir (50 to 55%), Pinot Meunier (15 to 20%), and Chardonnay (28 to 33%). The addition of a significant proportion of reserve wines (25 to 35%) from several harvests (on average 5 to 6), gives this champagne its unique personality. The blend is enriched with 12% red wines from various Champagne vintages. Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé is distinguished by a beautiful orange-pink color with copper highlights, bright and vibrant. Its bubbles are fine, light, delicate, and regular. On the nose, this champagne offers a very fruity bouquet, with notes of red fruits, wild strawberries, blackberries, and morello cherries, complemented by fresh citrus aromas, creating a gourmet aromatic palette. On the palate, the Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé seduces with its smoothness and freshness. The mid-palate is well-structured, dense, bringing length and character, with aromas of fresh and crisp red fruits, and slightly saline notes on the finish that add a touch of freshness. This champagne is best served as an aperitif, at a temperature of 8 to 10°C.

Veuve Clicquot currently owns one of the largest and most prestigious vineyards in Champagne, spread across the region's finest vintages. Each plot of their vineyard is meticulously studied to determine the optimal grape variety mix, taking into account the characteristics of the soil, climate, and exposure. Thus, the Veuve Clicquot vineyard is composed of 47% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir, and 17% Meunier. Located mainly on hillsides, their vines benefit from a thin soil and optimal sunshine, guaranteeing the optimal conditions to produce grapes of exceptional quality.
