About the distillery

Kilchoman is an independent distillery founded in 2005 on the west coast of the island of Islay, Scotland. It embodies the farmhouse revival, producing peated single malts with complete control over every stage of production, from field to bottle. The distillery grows some of its own barley, malts it on-site, and distills in traditional stills.
