TASTING NOTE 
Nose : The thick peat lets you know you have a serious Islay single malt on your hands. Then a fruitier, creamier sensation - sweet, rich oak.
Palate : Strap in and wait for the oily smoke hit, with a rich, heavy peaty mouthfeel. Then comes a sweet, sticky flavor of roasted banana, (yes, really) tangy raisins, and dried fruit.
Finish : The peat returns with a hint of authentic Spanish sherry wood, pleasantly and disturbingly sweet.
