Rhum La Fabrique de l'Arrangé: the art of artisanal arranged rum
La Fabrique de l'Arrangé draws its excellence from high-end artisanal recipes, combining the best ingredients: perfectly ripe, hand-cut fruit, carefully selected spices, and AOC Martinique agricultural rum from Habitation Saint-Étienne. This combination gives each vintage a unique aromatic depth, where the freshness of the fruit interacts with the richness and roundness of the agricultural rum. From its workshop in Île-de-France, a stone's throw from Rungis Market, the brand selects exceptional fruits (such as Kent mango or Victoria pineapple) daily to guarantee powerful and distinct flavor profiles. The range consists of 12 classic recipes, 2 special series, and 4 spiced recipes, designed for balance and expression. At the 2020 ISS Awards, several creations were recognized: recipes No. 1, No. 5, No. 10, and No. 11 were finalists, and recipe No. 3, Ananas Victoria—passion fruit and hibiscus flower—won the gold medal in the arranged rum category. Arranged rum can be enjoyed neat or over ice, as an aperitif or digestif. Its controlled sweetness and fruit/spice combinations also allow it to express itself elegantly in cocktails, offering an experience that is both gourmet and refined. Founded in 2014 by Mathieu Tricoche and Sébastien Dutkiewicz, La Fabrique de l'Arrangé evolved with the entry of the Holmex group in 2020, owner of the Distillerie du Simon. This new phase has made it possible to strengthen the tool with the construction of new workshops, a renewed commercial impetus and a modernized visual identity, while preserving the sourcing requirements and the original know-how.
