Rhum Savanna: The Reunion Island Art of Agricultural Rum

Founded by Émile Hugot in the heart of Réunion Island, the Savanna distillery has been perpetuating a century-old tradition by producing exceptional agricultural rums since 1882 on the historic site of the former Savanna sugar refinery. Savanna offers a complete range, from light and traditional rums to grand aroma and matured rums, including vintages of aged rums, each revealing Réunion's sugar cane and the volcanic richness of the terroir. Operating 24/7 during the sugar season from July to November, Savanna has a storage capacity of 2,300,000 L and produces nearly 10,000,000 L of rum per year, combining artisanal quality and industrial volumes.
