Nationale 10: the adventure of a French whisky pioneer

In the mid-1960s, Jean Boyer settled in the heart of the Landes forest, along Route Nationale 10 in Saint Geours de Maremne. A visionary, he became one of the first importers of Scottish single malts from the most prestigious distilleries in 1965. Building on his strong relationships with Scottish houses, Jean Boyer decided in 1987 to found the first independent Scotch Whisky bottling company in France . Since then, this historic expertise has expanded to include French whisky, perpetuating a unique passion and know-how.
