Philipponnat's Royale Réserve Non Dosée cuvée is distinguished by its fresh, slightly tangy, and straightforward character. This brut nature (non-dosé) champagne is based on the same blend as the classic Royale Réserve, marrying the three Champagne grape varieties with a predominance of Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. This blend is enriched with 20 to 30% reserve wines. This blend adds a touch of complexity and vinosity, with a portion of the wines aged in oak barrels. The total absence of dosage, and therefore of sugar, allows this cuvée to fully reveal its character and quality. Philipponnat's Royale Réserve Non Dosée presents itself with a pale gold color, dotted with fine, lively bubbles. On the nose, it is distinguished by its lightness and freshness, with elegant notes of white flowers. On the palate, we discover a straightforward and pure champagne, lively and airy, with citrus aromas. This complex yet light cuvée has a long, clear finish, marked by notes of pastries.
