Etsu Pacific Ocean Water 45% is an exceptional Japanese artisanal gin , produced at the Asahikawa distillery on the island of Hokkaido. Made from an ancestral recipe, it is distinguished by the use of pure water drawn from the depths of the Pacific during distillation, giving the gin a unique iodized freshness. After a 22-hour maceration, the botanicals are distilled to reveal all their aromatic intensity. We find Japanese yuzu , bitter orange, juniper berries, coriander, licorice and angelica. Clear and crystalline, it reveals a fresh and saline nose, a balanced palate between iodized and citrus notes, and a round, supple and silky finish. Multi-award winning at the Global Gin Masters (Gold 2023 and 2025, Master 2022), this premium gin is ideal as a gin and tonic or in creative cocktails for a refined maritime touch.
