Etsu, which means "pleasure" in Japanese, is a handcrafted gin crafted from an ancient recipe. Produced at the Akita Distillery in the north of Honshū Island, it undergoes a 7-day maceration of traditional botanicals before being distilled without them for greater finesse. Pure water from the Ōu Mountains, Japan's longest mountain range, gives the spirit a fresh and smooth finish. The Double Orange version features Japanese bitter orange peel, supported by coriander, juniper, licorice and angelica, for a fresh, fruity and elegant aromatic profile.
