The blend includes 50 to 55% Pinot Noir for structure, 15 to 20% Meunier for roundness, and 28 to 33% Chardonnay for finesse. Up to 40% reserve wines from several vintages reinforce the aromatic complexity of this emblematic cuvée. The golden color is brilliant, crossed by fine bubbles . On the nose, the aromas open onto white fruits , dried fruits , brioche and vanilla . On the palate, the attack is lively and balanced, then the wine evolves towards a beautiful vinous structure with a fruity and spicy persistence. It is a Brut that is both generous and refined. This half-bottle format is ideal for an aperitif for two, a chic picnic, or an individual tasting. Serve around 10°C to fully reveal its full flavor.
