About the distillery
Founded in 1660 by Nicolas Fouquet, the Trois Rivières plantation is one of the oldest in Martinique. Located in Sainte-Luce, it takes its name from the three rivers that border its land. Since 2004, distillation has been carried out at the La Mauny distillery, where two Savalle columns ensure production according to traditional methods. Trois Rivières is particularly renowned for its powerful white rums and terroir-inspired cuvées. The brand now belongs to the Campari group and continues to be led by the talented cellar master Daniel Baudin, voted the world's best cellar master in 2019.
