About the distillery
Located on the slopes of La Soufrière in Basse-Terre, the Bologne distillery is the oldest still operating distillery in Guadeloupe. Since 1887, it has been cultivating exceptional black cane in the fertile volcanic soils of the south of the island. Its artisanal and terroir-friendly approach makes it a benchmark in the world of agricultural rum. The Old Black Cane cuvée reflects this commitment: rare, intense, and deeply rooted in tradition.
