Blended from rums aged between 15 and 25 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels , it draws its richness from the diversity of its unique stills: Enmore and Diamond (wooden Coffey columns), Port Mourant and Versailles (wooden pot stills). This technical heritage, unique in the world, gives the rum an exceptional aromatic complexity. The nose reveals buttery and chocolatey notes, enhanced with ripe banana, tobacco and sandalwood. The palate, ample and elegant, reveals dates, blackcurrant, macadamia nuts, dark chocolate and nutmeg. The finish is long and warm, marked by raisins, banana and a hint of spicy cinnamon.
