Founded in 1765, the Saint James distillery is a true icon of Martinique's agricultural rum. Located in Sainte-Marie, it produces Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) rums from pure cane juice grown on its own plantations. With over 250 years of history, Saint James embodies the excellence and tradition of Martinique rum, also integrating eco-responsible practices at every stage of production.
