About the Isautier distillery

Founded in 1845 by Louis and Charles Isautier, Maison Isautier is the oldest distillery on Réunion Island still in operation. Located in Saint-Pierre, it benefits from expertise passed down through six generations and an exceptional volcanic terroir, at the crossroads of tropical and marine influences. It produces both agricultural rum and traditional molasses-based rum, using a demanding, artisanal approach. Under the direction of Marie Ferrand (cellar master) and Matthieu Cosse (oenologist), Isautier stands out for the precision of its blends and the originality of its aromatic profiles.
