Coloma 15 Years is an old Colombian rum made from molasses from two varieties of sugar cane , aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels and then refined for 3 to 5 months in barrels that previously contained coffee liqueur. This unique double aging gives it a unique aromatic richness. Diluted with volcanic spring water from the Colombian Cordillera, it reveals creamy notes of vanilla, dark chocolate and bitter coffee on the nose, followed by a woody, spicy and vanilla palate, prolonged by a long and smooth finish.

About Ron Coloma
Ron Coloma draws its identity from the heights of Colombia, at 1,700 meters above sea level, on the lands of the former Hacienda Coloma coffee farm. Founded in 1959 by Don Alberto Constain Medina, the house first made its mark with its famous coffee liqueur. The dream of a quality rum was realized decades later, thanks to the perseverance of his son and the expertise of two great maestras roneras: Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez .
Ron Coloma is distinguished by its meticulous production: distillation of local molasses, long aging in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon, then a unique finish in barrels of homemade coffee liqueur. This unique approach results in a smooth, balanced rum with a very distinct aromatic identity.
