Rosé champagne of elegance and character

The Cuvée Royale Rosé from the Joseph Perrier house is a brut rosé champagne with a strong character, carefully crafted from a balanced blend of 40% Chardonnay , 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier . This blended rosé gets its color and richness from the addition of 10% red wine from the Cumières terroir , renowned for the quality of its Pinots. Upon tasting, the luminous orange-pink color catches the eye, enlivened by a fine and dynamic effervescence . The nose seduces with aromas of intense red fruits , wild violet and a subtle touch of licorice . On the palate, the attack is elegant, expressive and distinguished . We find the red fruits perceived on the nose , in a balanced structure, with a long, fresh and minty finish . Dosed at 7 g/L , this brut rosé champagne is perfect to accompany dishes with character or fruity desserts . Served at a temperature of 9°C , it reveals all its finesse, its deliciousness and its aromatic brilliance.
