About Ailsa Bay Distillery
The Ailsa Bay distillery was opened in 2007 in Girvan, in the Scottish Lowlands, by the William Grant & Sons group. Its goal: to create a new generation of ultra-precise single malts, combining Scottish tradition with cutting-edge technology.
