This lightly peated (15 ppm) Scottish single malt has been aged entirely in Oloroso Sherry casks for at least 15 years, developing rich and deep aromas. Non-chill filtered and naturally colored, it is a limited edition that offers a decadent taste experience. The nose reveals flavors of sweet spices , followed by smoky and honeyed notes, offering a complex aromatic bouquet. On the palate, this whisky reveals dried fruits , flamed orange peel , toffee , black cherries and cardamom , creating a rich and intense palette of flavors. The finish is marked by a smoky and fruity note, bringing a long and satisfying end to the tasting. This whisky pairs perfectly with shrimp skewers in coconut milk , the smoky and fruity intensity of the Cù Bòcan providing a perfect complement to the sweetness and exotic aromas of the dish.
