THE DISTILLERY
The name of this whiskey is inspired by a character in local folklore, a woman known as Yellow Rose in Texas. Legend has it that her bravery and cunning helped Sam Houston win the battle for Texas independence from Mexico. It is with this same spirit of independence that the whiskeys are crafted every day in the city of Houston. Yellow Rose Whiskey could not exist without the city that saw its birth, Houston. Made in the heart of the city, it is an ambassador of local know-how, the love of hard work, in short, the spirit that characterizes the place where the Distillery calls home. Even the humidity that reigns there offers a unique opportunity to refine the art of distillation. The angel's share represents 15% per year, which makes this whiskey extremely rare and precious.
