Penderyn: the smooth and refined Welsh whisky

Penderyn is the only whisky brand produced in Wales . Distillation takes place in a charming Welsh village, using copper stills and near a pure water spring, giving the whisky a particularly pure and smooth character. The distillery launched its first whisky in 2000. Thanks to modern design and meticulous care, Penderyn quickly won over whisky lovers around the world. The whisky is first aged in bourbon casks , from renowned producers such as Buffalo Trace and Evan Williams, before being refined in Madeira , Port , Sherry and Islay casks, which adds unique peaty nuances. Since the 2000s, Penderyn has established itself in international markets, particularly in Great Britain, the United States and Europe. In 2007, the distillery expanded its range with the launch of Brecon gin , five-times distilled Five vodka , and Merlyn liqueur , confirming its expertise and diversity in spirits.
