About Hepp Distillery
Based in Uberach, Alsace, the Hepp Distillery is part of the tradition of Alsatian distillers. Officially founded in 1972 by René and Tharcis Hepp, it promotes regional know-how passed down since the 19th century. Since 2007, the distillery has turned to the production of IGP Alsatian whiskies , combining local cereals, slow distillation and careful aging.
