Whisky Hepp: Alsatian Expertise in the Service of French Whisky

Founded in Uberach , northwest of Strasbourg, the Hepp distillery is the fruit of a family tradition of distillers of Alsatian vintages. It was René Hepp who initiated the adventure, today continued with passion by his grandson Yannick Hepp , a trained fruit distiller, who turned in 2007 to the production of whiskies with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI Alsace ). With three 400-liter Carl stills, Yannick Hepp masters each stage of distillation and watches over a stock of more than 700 barrels in aging . This artisanal technicality and patience allow the distillery to offer a range of rare depth for French whiskies, with age accounts approaching 10 years . The Hepp range is distinguished by its richness and diversity: from the Ouiski , perfect for discovery, to the smoother Tharcis cuvées, a tribute to Yannick's father. Each cuvée embodies a vision of modern Alsatian whisky, rooted in tradition, but focused on innovation and precision. Entirely developed, aged and bottled on site , Hepp whiskies are 100% French, and reflect the Alsatian terroir in all its complexity. In the top 5 French distilleries, Hepp stands out as a sure bet for any lover of French single malts. A signature to discover absolutely.
