Portofino Dry Gin was conceived as a tribute to the beauty and timeless elegance of the Italian village of Portofino. Made from 21 carefully selected aromatic botanicals , this artisanal gin offers a sensory journey through the Mediterranean . From the first waft, lively notes of fresh lemon and juniper evoke the sun-drenched heights overlooking the Ligurian bay. They then give way to a herbaceous composition blending rosemary, lavender, sage and marjoram , recalling the scents of local cuisine and the maquis. Distilled in an old Italian distillery, the gin is made from Italian wheat spirit , combining a traditional copper pot still (used for grappa) with a Rotovap , a modern vacuum distillation process that preserves the subtlety of the most volatile aromas. The result is a fresh, elegant, complex and perfectly balanced gin, ideal neat, with a premium tonic or in a sophisticated cocktail.

About the distillery
Founded by Kaveh Zamanian, a former psychoanalyst turned master distiller, Rabbit Hole is a modern distillery located in the heart of Louisville, in the NuLu neighborhood. Created to redefine the codes of American whiskey, it combines innovation, design, and boldness in each of its expressions. Each recipe is original, each bottle a declaration of independence. The distillery opened its doors in 2018 and now produces more than 27,000 barrels per year. Since 2019, it has benefited from the support of the Pernod Ricard group, while maintaining complete creative freedom. A powerful symbol of the bourbon revival.
