Tourbé Collection is a 100% Lorraine whisky produced at the Grallet Dupic distillery. This lightly peated 40ppm single malt is produced using a traditional double distillation process using peated malt and aged 100% in bourbon casks, for a harmonious balance between peat aromas and floral notes. It received the Gold Medal at the 2015 Concours Général Agricole de Paris.

TASTING NOTE 
Nose : Quite grassy and lemony at first, then it becomes sweeter with a good mix of barley, oak, spices and peat.
Palate : Sweet, followed by a bit of peat. You get fresh barley and vegetal notes. The palate is delicious, quite thick and coated. Once again, the peat is rather tame and subtle, very pleasant!
Finish : Quite Long, smoky peat accompanied by a malty sweetness and some ginger spice.
THE BRAND
G.Rozelieures is a French whisky brand owned by the Grallet-Dupic family, distillers for over 150 years in the heart of the Lorraine village of Rozelieures, at the foot of an ancient volcano. Rozelieures is the first distillery in France to work with peated whiskies. It uses double distillation to achieve finesse and aromatic intensity in these single malts. For aging, the distillery uses oak barrels from local forests as well as barrels that have contained wines and spirits from Kentucky, Sherry, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, and the Southwest. Learn more
