Kentucky Vintage Bourbon is a delicious small batch bourbon from the Willett Distillery in Kentucky. It's distilled, aged, and bottled in Kentucky (no surprise there). It's a classic-style buttery bourbon with a nice, smooth smoky note. It's blended from two mashbills: the first being 60% (72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley), and the second being 40% (79% corn, 7% rye, and 14% malted barley). You'd be remiss not to at least try it in an Old Fashioned style.

TASTING NOTE
Nose : Notes of candied peel and creamy caramel. A slight herbal note, with raisins, butterscotch, and just a slight whisper of smoke.
Palate : Rich caramel and spices on the palate. Cooked fruits and flax oil. Buttered cereal.
Finish : Thick and creamy with tangy spices.
