Vibrant and expressive, thisBlanc de Noirs champagne offers a rare blend of purity and depth. It is the result of a meticulous composition by the Cellar Master, highlighting two legendary Pinot Noir Grands Cru terroirs. On the one hand, the grapes are grown from 100% Pinot Noir from Aÿ, the only Grand Cru in the Marne Valley, providing a smoothness and freshness. On the other hand, the Verzenay vineyards, located in the hilly Montagne de Reims region, give the blend an intense and distinctive character. Thanks to a perfectly orchestrated harvest, the grapes reach ideal maturity, guaranteeing the exceptional quality of this champagne. The color is intense golden, approaching amber. On the nose, it reveals a harmonious complexity with delicate fruity aromas. On the palate, aromatic notes dominate, with ripe, slightly candied fruits such as peach and mandarin. Then, spring honey takes over, accompanied by a subtle pastry touch. The opening is rich and intense, marked by aromas of spices, and ends with a deep and powerful finish, the signature of Pinot Noir from great terroirs. The length on the palate is both intense and balanced, enhanced by toasted notes. Lallier Blanc de Noirs is perfect with creamy or grilled dishes: meaty fish (turbot or sole), mushrooms (girolles or morels) or white or red meat. Serving temperature: 10°C and 12°C.

THE BRAND
Nestled in Aÿ, Maison Lallier is one of the grand cru gems of the Champagne region, on the sunny slopes of the Montagne de Reims, northeast of Épernay. Its history began in 1906, when René Lallier, husband of the heiress of an illustrious Champagne family, decided to create his own champagne. Over the decades, the legacy was preserved and enriched by his grandson, René-James Lallier, who breathed new life into the brand by modernizing the production facilities. His partnership with winemaker Francis Tribaut, formerly head of production at Lanson-Pommery, marked a decisive turning point. In 2004, the house was acquired by the latter, who brilliantly relaunched it. In 2020, the estate took a new turn when it was acquired by the Milanese group Campari, famous for iconic brands such as Aperol, Grand Marnier, Wild Turkey and Trois Rivières. Thus, the prestigious champagne house Lallier is under the leadership of the Italian group Campari, strengthening its already impressive legacy. Since the arrival of Campari, Dominique Demarville has assumed the roles of general manager and cellar master, bringing his expertise and passion to this renowned company. In addition, the Lallier vineyard is proud to hold the HVE-3 certification, attesting to its commitment to environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
